SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping with registered air mail or economy express (where available) or Express service, all shipping methods can be tracked online.

For made to order items, please allow 1-8 week for us to process and create your order. Processing time is required so that we can create your order and prepare it for shipping.

International shipping

Standard and Economy Express shipping - Receive your purchases in 5-14 business days after your order has been shipped. Express shipping - Receive your purchases in 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that made to order items or custom made items cannot be returned, only exchanged. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Please contact us to request a return authorization within 7 days of the order's receipt date.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

 

  1. Request your return authorisation by emailing eliran@elirannargassi.com

  2. Please include your order number, and which item you would like to exchange/refund

  3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your authorization

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 3 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account)


REFUNDS POLICY


We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items where:

  • the items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • the items have not been worn, damaged or washed

  • You notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt

  • the items are faulty (unless caused by you)

  • your items received are different to the goods you have ordered

 

We do not refund original shipping fees.
Please note: we do not refund sale goods and made to order / custom made goods unless deemed faulty.  
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs only for items deemed faulty


EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability).
Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, so as made to order / custom made items.

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed

  • you notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods

  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
